Privacy & funding notice

CN Career Guidance provides education and career program guidance. If you contact us, we use the details you choose to share to answer your enquiry, discuss program options, and help with an application when you ask us to.

Where your application details go

With your permission, details needed for a funding application may be submitted through the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) website in Ontario, or to the applicable government funding department or portal in another province. We do not share applicant details with unrelated organizations or use them for sale to advertisers. Please tell us before sending sensitive documents so we can explain what is needed for your specific application.

WhatsApp and website services

Our contact buttons open WhatsApp, which is a separate service with its own privacy practices. This site is hosted by a website provider, which may process technical information needed to deliver the page. We do not have an enquiry form on this site.

How long we keep your information

We keep the information you give us while helping with your enquiry or application. We delete our copies within 30 days after your enquiry or application and related follow-up are complete, unless we need to keep them longer for a legal requirement or an unresolved issue. Information submitted to a government funding portal is handled under that authority’s own privacy practices.

Student stories

If you choose to share a testimonial, the story page prepares a WhatsApp message; the site does not store your response. With your permission, we may display your words and your selected name format on this website after reviewing them. You can contact us to request that a published story be removed. We retain a published story while it is displayed, subject to your request for removal and any applicable obligations.

Funding and program information

Funding is available only when the applicant, program, and province meet the relevant requirements. The government funding authority decides eligibility and the amount, if any. Program listings can change. A free consultation or appearance of a program on this site does not guarantee admission, funding, or employment. CN Career Guidance is a guidance service; it is not a government funding authority.
